What do you do when you’re mad?

It may have been brewing for a long time. It impacts our health as well as those around us. I want you to release today. Is there someone you need to talk to? Is there something you need to do? Do not ignore the issue. Confront it head on. You need a clear mind and heart to get ready for your bright future.
