Sometimes we talk about what we want but do we have the discipline to obtain it ? At the start of the year I talked about how important it is to change your mindset and your habits in order to get better for yourself. That goes for better relationships, experiences and opportunities you may want. But what happens when you fall into the old way of thinking ? You see, change requires new levels. It requires new ways. You have to say no to the old way of doing things even when it’s hard. It’s just like making a lifestyle change.
You want the foods you used to eat but they aren’t healthy for you and you don’t feel good after you eat them. It’s the same way with our decisions. Will we make new choices ? Will we set new boundaries and expectations to get closer to what we want ? The time is now to decide. If you want something bad enough you will do what it takes to make those changes. It’s not easy but it’s worth it and you will see better results in mind, body and spirit.
